Brewing Technician
Job Duties:
- Operate Machine / process through an automatic and computerized system in line with SOP in order to produce product.
- Measuring and recording quality parameters in quality data system to ensure up to date quality data.
- Performing simple machine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize breakdown. Performing cleaning of equipment and surrounding area to meet hygiene standard.
- Ensuring that safety procedure are adhere to, implemented, created awareness trough the safety and health committee.
- Identifying opportunities to continuously improve operation or performance standard in line with the spirit of TPM / KAIZEN.
- Actively participating in training to ensure effective transfer of skill and knowledge.
- Monitoring and maintaining raw material to ensure availability of raw material in brewing and cellar.
- Diploma graduated from relevance discipline ( Chemical, Food Technology, Microbiology)
- experience in food and beverages industry as a production operator ( fresh graduated also welcome).
- Understand improvement method concept, ISO 19001, ISO 14000, HACCP/GMP/Hygiene, Safety.
- Have structured and pro-active approach with respect to problem solving
- Computerliterate (MS. Office & others), familiar with SAP is advantage.
- Able communicated in English, good team work and fast learner.
Project Cost Controller
Job Duties:
- To control the project progress and cost implemented properly
- To support project team with solution financially and administratively
- To assist Brewery Controller Sampang Agung in daily operation of Brewery and Unit Warehouse Sampang Agung
- To manage all project progress are timely updated and properly controlled administratively (SAP and project control worksheet)
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Sampang Agung.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Full-Time position available.
