Visual Mechandiser
Responsibilities:
- Under the direction of the MarComm Manager, the Visual Merchandiser is responsible for the execution of visual merchandising of the tenants and partners within Jogja City Mall. Ensures key elements are translated into exciting, visual displays on all tenants and other public areas. In addition, the Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for consistent implementation of all visual programs on board.
- Executes visual merchandising strategies; visits ships to ensure all initiatives are completed and aligned with corporate objectives.
- Implements best practices that can be shared among the tenants of a common or similar design
- Trains other staff on the execution and maintenance of visual merchandising
- Arranges impactful merchandise displays for interior walls/fixtures, promotional displays, launches and windows for the designated tenantts
- Creates, maintains display directives/standards that are forwarded to tenants; follows up to ensure directives/standards are clear
- Maintains consistency with company signage standards
- Ensures that the trafficking of the visual merchandising materials for assigned tenants are delivered in a timely fashion
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Architecture or equivalent.
- Required language English, Bahasa Indonesia
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
- One to three years of experience as a visual merchandising professional, with either a national department store or with multi-unit experience
- Store line management experience is a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Paint, or comparable products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Aptitude with hand and small power tools
- Can start ASAP
